Will I ever lose my data?

We will never delete your data unless you request it. You can retrieve your data in markdown format at any time by visiting Account Settings.

What happens to our data if I quit Me.bot?

You can delete your data by following the instructions on this help page or by emailing support@mindverse.ai If you accidentally delete your data, contact support@mindverse.ai.

Can Me.bot employees access our information?

No. Me.bot employees will never access your data under any circumstances.

Will other people be able to see my pages?

Your data is safe in Me.bot. Unauthorized users will encounter a permission error. If you enable Share to web, anyone with the link can access the page; by default, this is off. In shared memories, visibility depends on the permissions set in the Share menu.
